We strive to keep our kennel clean, sanitary, and free of disease. We have the same vaccination policy for all of our services. To ensure your pet's safety as well as others, all pets must be old enough to receive all vaccinations. All vaccinations must be given at least 10 days prior to kenneling if your pet has never had the vaccine or their vaccine expired before getting it updated. We do this to protect your pet and to ensure effectiveness and prevent the spread of disease. We have a right to turn away any pet we feel shows signs of being ill, not vaccinated, or if we have no physical copy of their vaccination record. Please remember, it is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that we have current records on their pet prior to arrival. Please be sure to plan ahead and account for veterinarians being closed during holiday and weekend hours. All vaccines must have been administered by a veterinarian or vet tech in a clinic to ensure the vaccines were stored and transported at the required temperatures. Vaccines given personally from Tractor Supply, Feed and Seed , etc will not be accepted for this reason

A: Please note that state law requires Rabies for every animal. Veterinarians have other protocol just as each boarding and grooming facility has their own protocol and requirements. Don't assume your pet has the required vaccines for our facility even if they are up to date with another facility. Please see our vaccine policy to avoid any confusion. All pets are required to have completed all boosters and be up to date on vaccines listed below for at least 10 days prior to coming to our facility

Canine Vaccines:

Rabies
DAPP/DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptosporosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo)
Bordetella/Kennel Cough (Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease/Intra Trac 3)
Recommended: Canine Influenza

A: No. We do not require temperament test or altered pets because play times are one on one with our kennel technicians . We do charge a $10 evaluation fee for all new pets which is added to the invoice on their first stay. We do cater to many different personalities however, extra fees may apply for aggressive, in heat female, climbers, etc. These special handling charges can change from one visit to the next according to your pet.We do ask that all pets be free from parasites to protect themselves as well as others. Our facility is sprayed monthly but because of all the nature around we want them as protected as possible. If we find that your pet has any parasites we may administer a dewormer or flea and tick prevention at the cost of the owner. Please understand we want to keep all pets healthy and happy
