Online Pet Portals

The link for Client/Pet Portal Registration is for new and existing clients to register for our online portal. All existing clients will be asked to fill in their info and set their password. However, if anything is different than what we have in our system then it will say not found. PLEASE DO NOT make a new account if you have been a client here in the past. Simply call or message us to send you the link that is specific for your account. If you have already registered for our online portal and wish to login in you will follow the Client Login link 

Are you interested in our Luxury Suite, Mine Suites or Penthouse? Click on the Request Availability link in your client portal and wait to be contacted by GK staff member for confirmation of availability in the online portal. Filling out Request Availability link is not submitting a reservation; it's just informing us you are interested in a suite during your pet's stay.  You must click Make New Appointment to submit a reservation. Please select yes when asked if you are interested in a suite under the questions section of your reservation. Please note that both require approval from staff for availability. You must be registered with our client portal to submit a Request for one of our suites.

Any client wishing to receive a tour of our facility. All tours are conducted by appointment only and must be confirmed by a GK staff member. Please click on the request for more info

    We have now switched to our new online Pet Portals. You will have the ability to make reservations and submit for approval no matter what time of day it is. You can upload pictures, vaccines and even add new pets. Clients also have the ability to see past and future reservations for daycare and boarding services. One of the perks we like the most is being able to send SMS reservation reminders, messages, and pictures to your phone straight from our online portal. This has generated a quicker response time for clients and staff to communicate and answer questions that may take longer playing phone tag or waiting to hear back from an email. Please note that if you are making a boarding reservation then your Medication and Extra Services Request can be made following the links after you submit your reservation. All those making Daycare reservations the Extra Services are built into the system, but Medication Request can be found as a link once you submit your Daycare reservation. Unfortunately, no changes can be made to reservations other than canceling through the online portal. Please message or call the kennel to make changes.

Please fill out for each pet you are interested in having evaluated for play group. You only need to fill this form out once a year or if there are changes. Please select the playgroup in the exercise tab when making your reservation on our online portal.
