Pawsport Book Program TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions explain the rules and benefits of the Pawsport Book Program that has been established by Graced Kennel for its customers (“Members” or “You”).

Membership.

Membership in the Pawsport Book Program is a $5 annual feed to all customers of Graced Kennel. You must register online or with a GK staff member at check out. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in your Graced Kennel.

In General.

Pawsport Miles are rewards based upon total Member spending at Graced Kennel, including amounts you spend to pay for boarding stays, day care stays, grooming, training, other services and retail products we sell, and to purchase gift cards and gift certificates. However, Pawsport Miles do not accrue for taxes, gratuities, shipping or via coupons or promotions or for the redemption of any gift cards and gift certificates. Any references to “dollars spent” or “dollar spend” do not include taxes, gratuities, shipping, coupons or the redemption of gift cards and gift certificates.

The Program has three tiers: Economy, Business, and First Class.   Your tier is based upon your annual spending during the previous calendar year. Because we are starting the Program mid-year, special terms described below will apply to the initial year of the Program.   In general, you will earn one Pawsport Travel Mile for every dollar spent at our location. However, a higher tier status may earn more PAW PERKS points in certain situations. The tier status is further described below.

Pawsport Miles will be added to your account only after completion and payment of the service or upon the purchase of gift certificates, gift cards or retail products. As examples: if your pet stays with us for 3 nights and you pay in full when you pick up your pet, then the Pawsport Mile will be added after the stay is completed and payment in full has been made and if you buy a gift card. Pawsport Miles will be added upon purchase. If, for any reason, a payment is refunded, those amounts (spend toward status and points associated) will be removed from your Pawsport account. Pawsport Miles have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash.

Graced Kennel may email Members with Pawsport Books, reward notifications, transactional information and promotional information. Members consent to these notices as part of their Pawsport Book Program Accounts. You may opt out of these emails message at any time by contacting us (Graced Kennel gracedkennelaugusta@gmail.com).

Pawsport Class Tiers.

The Program has three tiers: Economy, Business and First Class. The tiers are based upon dollars spent by Members during a calendar year. Dollars spent include amounts paid to us for boarding stays, daycare stays, grooming, training, other products, or services provided by us and the purchase of gift cards and gift certificates.   Dollars spent do not include taxes, gratuities or the redemption of gift certificates or gift cards, coupons, or promotional discounts.

Currently, our tiers are based upon the following dollars spent during the calendar year:

Travel Classes are selected by the amount of spending you have done with us the previous year from June 2020-June 2021. This amount is significantly different that past years due to the hit we took from the pandemic. However, those amounts will be adjusted next year when we look at spending from June 2021-June 2022 and travel classes will be awarded with same basic criteria. You will be assigned your Travel Class at the time you receive your membership. Keep in mind travel classes can change each year depending on your spending from the previous year. Memberships are good 1 yr from their purchase date but travel classes are evaluated in June.

PAW PERKS Accrual and Redemption.

Pawsport Miles accrue based upon actual dollars spent. No accrual occurs for taxes, gratuities, the redemption of gift cards or gift certificates.   You are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes.

If a Member’s account is inactive for 365 days or their member ship expires, any accumulated Pawsport miles will be reduced to zero. Once Pawsport Miles are forfeited, they cannot be reinstated but a Member can earn new Pawsport Miles for account activity and renewal after that date. An account will be deemed inactive if the dollars spent are less than $50 during such 365-day period.

If you believe that your Pawsport Miles account is inaccurate, you should contact GKPawsportProgram@gmail.com as soon as possible. Requests to review your activity must be received with 90 days of the occurrence in question. Failure to supply adequate information and notice may result in a denial of a Pawsport Miles credit.

Pawsport Miles may be used toward designated services we provide at Graced Kennel. These services include boarding and daycare stays, grooming, training and other services provided. Our current Pawsport Program can be found at in the information above these Terms & Conditions. Generally, a Pawsport mile will be based upon dollars spent on 1:1 basis but we may add a Pawsport Credit higher tier status. Pawsport Miles points can only be used for future purchases and may not be applied against taxes or redeemed in whole or in part for gift cards or gift certificates. Pawsport earnings will be applied prior to any other coupons.

Modifications and Termination.

Membership and benefits in the Pawsport Program are offered at the discretion of GK,and GK has the right to terminate the Program or to change the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, or procedures as well as the benefits of Pawsport Program, conditions of participation or Status levels, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of your Pawsport Mile points that have already accumulated.

GK may, among other things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any perk, reward or benefit; increase the points, cash required, applicable co-pays or number of points required for any reward or benefit; modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits; add an unlimited number of blackout dates; or limit the number of reward reservations available at our facility. The rewards structure and point redemption value is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at our discretion, with or without notice.

In addition, GK maintains the right to terminate a Member’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including a Member’s failure to follow the rules of the Program or the Pet Parent Agreement, or any abuse of Program privileges, violation of law, rule or regulation, any conduct detrimental to the interests of GK or the other Members, fraudulent activity or attempted fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of any information furnished to GK. Any such activity may result in the termination by GK of your membership, the loss or cancellation of accrued points, rewards or benefits, or both, or the loss of other Pawsport Miles. Terminated Members will not be eligible to participate in any aspect of the Program, and Members whose accounts have been terminated may not be eligible to enroll with new accounts.

GK may amend its rules of the Program at any time without notice. Points, benefits, discounts, or rewards earned or granted under the Program do not constitute property of the Member and are not transferable, saleable or assignable.

What is the Pawsport Book Program?

The Pawsport Book Program provides exclusive benefits for your fur-babies and yourself, all while earning points to apply toward our services!

What types of discounts, rewards and incentives do I receive for joining?

There are too many to list, but some are listed below. Travel Class also plays a role in what rewards you receive. All member will receive elite offers, discounts and rewards that non member will not receive. You will have access to members only events, drawings and much more.

Is there a fee for joining the program?

Yes, there is an annual fee of $5 per household. Your membership and miles are good for one year from the month you sign up.

How do earn travel mile and discounts ?

You will receive 1 Mile for every dollar you spend.

Your predetermined travel class determines the discount you receive per invoice.

You also receive a credit each time you redeem your miles according to your travel class.

How do I use travel points and discounts?

You receive $5 travel credit for every 100 travel miles you earn. You can start redeeming as soon as you earn the minimum amount of 100 travel miles or you can save them to apply on a larger invoice. They choice is yours. That’s the best part about this program. You decide what and how to spend the miles you earn.

You also have predetermined credit applied according to your class level each time you redeem your miles.

You can only redeem miles once you earn a minimum of 100 =$5

You only receive travel miles for that service once it has been paid for. In other words you can’t use points on an open invoice to pay for it. You can only use prior miles to apply to that invoice and any miles earned after the balance is paid will be available for next visit.

How are travel classes determined?

How do I track my travel miles?

Upon, registration you will receive a Pawsport Book (1 per family) to track points you earn for each paid invoice. Each time you come in your GK travel agent will stamp your Pawsport and record the points earned for that visit. It is up to you to have your Pawsport with you when paying. Replacement books are $3. Your miles are also safely kept in our system.

Do my points expire?

Yes, once your membership expires so do your points. You may keep your points active by renewing your membership before it expires.

I received a refund. Will that effect my status or points?

Yes, the amount refunded will be deducted from the spend being tracked toward status. Any points assigned will be subtracted by the refund amount.
